Introduced to the Indonesian archipelago around 1600, the distinctive design is inspired by a combination of Dutch and South Sulawesi aesthetics, mixed with Japanese technology. Measuring a generous 54 meters in length, her 9 sumptuous cabins are comfortably appointed for up to eighteen guests, making Lako di’a the perfect home base for private event charter groups and extended cruising.

Terms & Conditions
- Rate have to be converted into Indonesia Rupiah at the time of payment based on Bali Aero Travel in-house exchange rate
- Full payment has to be made upon booking confirmation

- Rate is applicable based on availability at time of reservation
- Rate is subject to taxes and service charge of 7.1%
- Admin fee is applicable to process the refund as imposed by our third-party partners. We will inform you fairly and transparently
- Rate is subject to be changed at the time of reservation
- Rate is not including Komodo National Park entrance fee
- The children above 3years old, will be charged the same rate as adult
- The children below 3 years old will be a free of charge
- For trip to Komodo National Park, additional entrance fee is mandatory and will be charged when check-in (entrance fee may change at any time referring to the
- The itinerary is subject to change without prior notice and due to external unforeseen factor, that may affect AYANA’s boat operational schedule.
- The General Liability Release Form is mandatory to sign for all participants.
- For Komodo Dragon destination, women are advised to stay at the boat during menstruation period
- A valid credit card or cash deposit of IDR 2,500,000 for AYANA Lako di’a per room per night is required upon check-in for incidentals. The deposit is in addition to incidental consumption on board, government tax, and services charges and must be made in local currency – Indonesia Rupiah
- Children aboard: During the trip, children remain the total responsibility of their parents. Parents are required to ensure that the children respect all safety procedures and do not disturb the peace and quiet of the other passengers, or the effective management of the cruise.
- No babysitting services are offered on board.
Details of Charter
- Final agenda and all other details of the charter including route, schedule, and any other details are to be finalized by the latest fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the Company’s event
- The exact number of guaranteed participants to be notified by the latest fourteen (14) days prior to the date of the Company’s event. This will be considered as a guarantee for which the Company will be charged even if fewer guests attend unless the Company’s attendance exceeds the guaranteed number of guests
- The Company agrees to pay the Boat Company the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipment
- The Company agrees to pay for each hour that the return is delayed on a prorated basis of the applicable prime daily rate. Any request regarding extra hour or destination is subject to the availability and would be under the Cruise Director or Operational Manager decision

Insurance
- The passenger must declare at the time of reservation that they do not suffer from any mental, physical, or other, disability that may put them, or other passengers at risk. The Boat Company reserves the right to refuse the contracted services to a passenger presenting these risks during the trip.
- Taking out an insurance policy covering accidents and repatriation are highly recommended. This insurance should take into consideration the costs involved in accident treatment including hyperbaric treatment and/or repatriation. In the case of an accident, where the accident was not caused by a service provided by the Boat Company or their employees, the Boat Company will not be held responsible and any requests for compensation will be refused
