1. Upon arriving at Bali International Departure Terminal, our Airport Representative will meet you at the curbside or at the meeting point within the drop-zone area. (Meeting points will be informed in advance with service confirmation)
2. Our Airport Representative will collect your luggage from your vehicle and escort you to the check-in counter and will accompany you during the check-in procedure at a business check-in counter (wherever available) without having to wait in airport lines
3. In order to avoid lines at passport control and custom clearance (where applicable), our Airport Representative will walk you through special counter and escort you to departure lounge (if you are in business class then you are entitled of lounge access – lounge access is not included in departure service) to unwind before your flight.
