Inclusions
- Prices are per flight, from 1 to max 5 passengers or 4 Adults and two Children
- Maximum payload is 550KG/flight
- All Prices include VIP Limousine bus transfers from and to your Hotel in the Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan & Sanur areas.
- All Prices also includes Passenger Insurance, Mineral Water and Cold Towel Service
- Transportations Surcharges apply for other areas
- All flights will depart from our private Helipad located 9km from Bali Airport
Exclusions
- Charter rate does not include any applicable Landing Fees. Additional landing fee will be charge based on your destination
- Waiting time on the ground is subject to surcharge of USD350/hour
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- To avoid disappointment advance reservations are strongly advised
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the flight and full payment must be settled 10days before the flight. No-show will be charged full amount
- A full refund will be provided if the flight is cancelled due to bad weather or technical reasons
- Admin fee is applicable to process the refund as imposed by our third-party partners. We will inform you fairly and transparently
- Cancellation made less than 7Days will incur 100% cancellation penalties
- Non-Refundable for NO-SHOW
- Prices displayed is subject to change without prior notice due to our operation is subject to fuel price index and local aviation authority
- Minimum 72-hours advance booking required for all daily Sky Tours and Private Charters and must be paid in full prior to the flight.
- The Cancellation policy is such as if the weather is bad then the guest will be asked if they would like to change the flight to later in the day or the next day. If this is not possible a full refund will be given
- For set Sky Tours, Private Tours & Hotel transfers, prices charged are per flight, not per passenger and valid for 1 to a maximum of 5 passengers, but subject to total payload limitation. If your group exceeds the payload limitation or exceeds the maximum numbers of passengers per flight, the flight will not operate. The total payload limitation is the combined weight of all passengers and luggage.
- When not using our certified Sky Tours Helipad additional landing charges may apply.
- All Sky Tour prices (unless otherwise stated) include free hotel transfers. Flight departures from Head office, free transfers are only from the Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan and Sanur areas. Flight departures from Ubud will receive free pick up and drop off only from the Ubud area only.
- Please ensure that all Sky Tour passengers are ready to be picked up by a dedicated Tour transport at the allotted time or we reserve the right to cancel your sky tour
- Passengers are required to be at the departure Heliport at least 30 minutes before departure in order to view a compulsory 3-minute Safety video.
- Prior to boarding passenger’s names, passport numbers, nationalities and approx. weights of passengers and luggage (if it’s a transfer flight) is required under Indonesian Civil Aviation law.
- Alcohol or smoking is not permitted on all flights. The pilot may prohibit a person from flying if considered intoxicated.
- All flights and/or routes are subject to the pilot's discretion and weather permitting or any valid reason.
General Terms & Conditions
- Bali Aero Travel and its affiliate will be fully indemnified against any claims for compensation or expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of the flight cancellation
- If the payload of passengers and luggage exceeds the payload limitation or exceeds the maximum number of passengers per flight (maximum 5 Pax/flight and not more than payload allocation *subject to flight detail), the flight will not operate
- Flight liability passenger insurance is provided in accordance with standard aviation regulations.
- Passengers should check in at our Dedicated Helipad in Denpasar or Ubud Helipad (at Payangan) / Taro departure lounge at least 30 minutes before departure time and will be asked to view a 3-minute Safety Video
- Bali Aero Travel and its affiliate reserves the right to refuse any passenger whose condition presents an actual or potential safety hazard or risk (including impairment and intoxication from alcohol and drugs) to our passengers, crew, staff or property
- We will make every effort to get you to your destination in a timely manner; however, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone or divert any services if the pilot deems it necessary due to safety concerns or weather conditions. Therefore, Bali Aero Travel and its affiliate cannot guarantee connections to other carriers
- No smoking or consumption of alcohol is allowed on board the helicopter.
- Damage done to property by a passenger will be charged to the passenger
- Bali Aero Travel and its affiliate reserve the right to amend and change the Terms and Conditions of the Flight Operation without prior notice at any time.
- Flights can be subject to Local Government policies from time to time
- In case of dispute Bali Aero Travel and its affiliate decision is final
- If you miss or are late for your flight, it is your responsibility
Additional Terms & Conditions for Gili Island and Lombok Transfers
- Each passenger’s Baggage allowance is 1 cabin luggage not exceeding 50 x 35 x 25 cm in size and 7 kg in weight. Free locker storage will be provided at Our dedicated Heliport Head Office so passengers may store additional personal items not required for their Sky Tour which they can pick up on their return to the Heliport.
- For transfer flights leaving the Gili’s or Lombok, luggage exceeding the allowed weight or size must be delivered by 9.30 am to the fast boat transfer to Bali at an additional cost to customer. Luggage will be picked up for you in Bali and will be waiting at Bali Adventure Tours Head Office Heliport on your arrival. Bali Aero Travel and its affiliate are not responsible for loss or damage to any luggage transferred this way
